What data we process

Only the data you enter in the contact form: name, e-mail, mobile number (if provided), the type of accommodation or unit you are interested in, and your message. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry, and the legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding.

Where the data is kept

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union (Frankfurt), and form messages reach us by e-mail via Microsoft 365. We do not sell or share the data with third parties.

How long

We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to continue communication about your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies, analytics or visitor tracking tools.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to object and to withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@discipula.hr. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
