Discipula rooms and flats are fully furnished homes intended exclusively for long-term residential rent.
Discipula has continued the tradition of privately renting rooms in flats since 2006, and keeps investing in developing and expanding its housing capacity.
We offer accommodation in Osijek and Zagreb: student rooms, a student house, student apartments, studios and flats. Every tenancy lasts a year or longer – we do not offer short-term rentals.
IT for Discipula is provided by VACO d.o.o. – the residents' portal, the mDiscipula app and sign-in with the Vaco m-Token app.

What makes us different
Full service
Our student rooms and student house come with full maintenance: the rent covers regular upkeep of the building, repairs of shared appliances and installations, and emergency repairs in case of a fault.
All costs included
Electricity, water, gas, heating, utility fees, charges, waste collection and all other obligations are included in the rent. No calculations and no extra costs – provided the house rules are respected.
Our buildings are not for sale
We do not sell our buildings, so tenants can live in peace without worrying that they will have to move out because the landlord is selling.
Shared spaces
All shared spaces are fully equipped for your enjoyment – residents only need to keep them tidy and take care of the equipment and appliances.
Pets
Pets are allowed in our flats and apartments.
Privacy and peace
Every room, apartment and flat has its own unique key, so your privacy and peace are fully protected.
