All costs: electricity, water, gas, heating, utility fees, charges, waste collection and all other obligations, provided the house rules are respected.

The tenancy is annual (academic year, 1 Oct – 30 Sep) and is paid in instalments according to the payment plan in the contract. Prices on this website are shown as a monthly amount.

We do. Our student rooms and student house come with full maintenance: regular upkeep, repairs of shared appliances and installations, and emergency repairs in case of a fault. Faults are reported in the mDiscipula app.

Residents of student rooms and apartments are responsible for keeping their own units tidy, as well as the shared areas available to them, according to the schedule they receive through the mDiscipula app.

Smoking any tobacco products, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed inside our buildings. You may smoke only outdoors, in the courtyard.

Bikes are kept outside the building, in the places set up for them, and are not brought inside. Battery vehicles (scooters, e-bikes) must not be charged from sockets in the rooms.

Yes. Our tenancies are long-term, with a written contract and registration of residence.

Yes. Every room, apartment and flat has its own unique key.
